Your consumer rights
Your purchases have protections under the Australian Consumer Law that this policy does not limit or exclude. A product that does not meet a consumer guarantee may qualify for a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the problem.
For a major product problem, you can choose a refund or replacement. Other problems must be remedied within a reasonable time. Any rights to compensation for loss or damage also remain available where the law provides them.
Ask us to assess the problem
Email the store or call 0415 221 334. Include your order reference or other proof of purchase, the item and a description of what went wrong. Photos can help where relevant.
We will discuss assessment and the appropriate next step with you. You do not need the original packaging to raise a claim about a faulty product. Keep receipts for return postage; reasonable return costs are reimbursed when a product problem covered by the consumer guarantees is confirmed.
Change-of-mind enquiries
If you have changed your mind, contact the store to discuss your request before sending anything back. This is separate from your rights when a product has a problem.
